Water is involved in nearly every function the human body performs. Here's what it does at the cellular level, why the quality matters, and what changes when you actually drink enough of it.
Water is the most abundant molecule in the human body, making up about 60% of adult body weight. What's less obvious is that not all water does the same job in the body.
